Free Bureau Sales Assistance

Your Meeting Planner

The Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau's staff can assist your search for the ideal site for your next meeting by:

• Sending your meeting specifications and needs information via fax to all Arlington facilities for response:

  • directly to you, or
  • to the CVB Sales Manager for compilation into a bid booklet.

• Preparing customized bid books for you or for presentations to your site committee or board of directors. Bid books contain information about Arlington, including services, hotel proposals  and more, that you need to make an informed decision.

• For multiple hotel and Arlington Convention Center conventions, the Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau staff will make presentations to your board, general membership or selection committees.

• Schedule and accompany on-site inspections.

• Supplying you with collateral and promotional materials such as brochures, video and digital photography
