Yes, the Marketing and Public Relations Department wants you to have the most up-to-date and accurate information possible about the city. By submitting a request, we can communicate in a timely manner.

Yes, if you are a qualified journalist on assignment and need assistance planning your visit, the Public Relations Department can work with you to provide an itinerary. After qualified journalists complete the information request form, the Arlington CVB will work with partners across the city to provide an informative, enjoyable and comfortable visit.

The Arlington CVB cannot provide rental cars to individual journalists, however we try to escort journalist when possible. To request transportation arrangements in conjunction with an Arlington media visit and itinerary, please complete the media travel request form.

To have hi-res images sent to you, please fill out the image request form with the corresponding photo name. Due to the copyright restrictions of Major League Baseball,  The National Football League, Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and Six Flags characters, Arlington images are sent on the discretion of the bureau for editorial purposes only.
