Website Information and Usage
The purpose of this site is to provide local information and e-commerce functions to aid in the online and traditional visitation to our city. The ACVB - the officially authorized tourism entity for the city - coordinates and delivers the information and e-commerce functions on this site. By making a reservation on this site, you are granting the ACVB permission to place you on an email mailing list. This list may be used to inform you of news, major events, special offers and promotions in our city via email. If you do not wish to receive these emails, please follow the link at the bottom of the email you receive to update your subscription preferences. Removal requests not conforming to these instructions may not be successful.
The ACVB makes no representation that services or materials used in the site or emails, including items, services or discounts offered and their trademarks, patents and licensing arrangements, are appropriate or available for use in locations other than the United States. Those who access this site from locations other than the U.S. do so of their own accord and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

Data about the site activity of registered and non-registered visitors to this site is automatically provided to the ACVB when you sign on or enter the site. We use it for internal review in the form of aggregate and non-personally-identifiable or sensitive data to enhance the relevancy of our content for our users.
E-mail addresses and other personally identifying data about you is known to the ACVB only when voluntarily submitted or emailed to us.
