Menu Stations:

Spargel: bacon wrapped white asparagus with hollandaise

Bavarian Pretzels: soft pretzel served with whole grain mustard or beer cheese

Beer Braised Bratwurst: German beer, mini brats, and sauerkraut

Kartoffelpuffer: crispy potato pancake with spiced apple puree

Schnitzel: golden fried veal cutlet, served with house fries

German Cucumber Salad: thin sliced cucumbers lightly pickled with vinegar and crème fraiche

Spaghettieis: riced vanilla ice cream, strawberry compote and whipped cream

Black Forest Cake: layered chocolate cake filled and topped with pecan and coconut frosting

Dr. Jeckyll’s Beer Lab will have a Fest Beer and a Marzen Beer on-site. Attendees will receive a complimentary 20oz mug and 2 tickets for beer tastings. Beyond the tastings, guests may opt to pay to fill their mugs with these two beers throughout the event as desired.
