Looking to incorporate more art experiences in your life? Feast your eyes upon Vivian Maier’s famed photographs during Arlington Museum of Art’s latest exhibition of her work. Dating from the 1950s to the 1980s, Vivian Maier: The Color Work captures the street life of Chicago and New York, and includes a number of the artist’s enigmatic self-portraits.
Bring the whole family to view the exhibition during regular business hours Thursday through Sunday.
Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for students and seniors, and children 12 and under are free with a family, not a group.

The live concert will feature performances of four classical favorites; Beethoven’s Coriolan Overture, Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto, Schumann’s Overture, Scherzo, and Finale; and Prokofiev’s Classical Symphony.

Wanting to get the kids out of the house for an educational adventure? Look no further than The Art and Science of Arachnids exhibit at River Legacy Living Science Center! Explore the largest arachnid display in North America in this limited-time, hands-on exhibit that features100 live arachnids along with information on their place in human culture.
Catch the exhibit Tuesday through Saturday during regular business hours. Tickets are $3 for children, $5 for adults and $4 for seniors (65+), making it an inexpensive and exciting outing the whole family can enjoy!
