Well, the groundhog may have gotten it wrong and is paying for it by the legions of kids teepeeing his home; but the season of warm sunshine, young love and “twitterpated” forest animals has returned.

With the weather finally becoming more bearable after the onslaught of ice, sleet and rain, the visitors began again to trickle into our fair city of Arlington… And what would a great city like this be without fun things to do during the spring season?

  • Six Flags Over Texas is always a crowd pleaser with season passes going on sale and gearing up for the masses of roller coaster lovers and funnel cake consumers. They happen to be offering a special discount if you order online by April 26th.
  • The Texas Rangers are gearing up for their season of playing ball while the fans watch with enthusiasm between bites of hot dogs and roasted peanuts. Opening Day is coming upon us and you can be part of the much anticipated event on April 10th.
  • If you enjoy live music, there’s nothing better than getting out your lawn chair and listen to some tunes! Check the Levitt Pavilion schedule and see who’s playing next!

There’s many great experiences that give you that “it’s Spring” feeling right here in Arlington. Now go ahead, get out in the sun and smell those roses!
