We invite you to join us for a customized site inspection built around your meetings needs, featuring only the hotels and venues that are the right fit for your event. You'll also get a feel for Arlington's walkable convention campus, exciting attractions, convenient transportation, and vibrant energy-all the reasons planners choose Arlington again and again.
How the Visit On Us program works:
1) Submit an RFP*: You can click here to make your submission.
2) Consult with Us: An Arlington CVB sales professional will contact you to customize your Arlington itinerary - only hear from the venues that fit your group's specific needs!
3) We'll do the Research: The Arlington CVB will work on your behalf to collect and summarize hotel, convention center and off-site venue availability.
4) Receive Your Customized Site Visit Itinerary: Once a preferred property & venue list is determined, the Arlington CVB team will create your customized site visit that includes:
- Airfare reimbursement
- Site inspections of individual properties and venues
- Assistance with securing overnight accommodations at planners expense
These services are completely free and there's no additional cost to you.

Terms & Conditions:
- Site inspection open to qualified meeting planners and organization representatives only.
- Client must have an active RFP for Arlington with minimum 75 group rooms peak night and a minimum of two consecutive nights.
- *Maxiumum airfare reimbursement is $500.
- Certain exceptions may apply to room night requirement based on Arlington CVB/property approval. Please call (800) 433-5374 for more information.
- A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is needed for all site visits.
- Your information will be shared only with Arlington CVB businesses that offer the goods or services you request.
