The Hugh Smith Recreation Center is a multi-purpose facility designed for the recreational needs of Arlington residents and visitors. The facility offers a variety of structured and informal activities. The center offers a diverse selection of classes for all ages ranging from arts and crafts to fitness and sports. Additionally, the center is open for reservations during and after business hours.

Hugh Smith Recreation Center has private rooms, gymnasium, and the swimming pool available to rent for meetings, sports, family reunions and more.

• Gymnasium (half or full court): Wood flooring, glass backboards and bleacher seating.
• Classrooms: Perfect for meetings or parties. Room sizes and seating capacities vary.
• Overnight rentals: Available on Friday and Saturday evenings from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. with a maximum of 125 people.

Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
