The Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau is proud to share the recognitions our team has received for our commitment to excellence and innovation in the travel and tourism industry. These recent awards and accolades reflect our dedication to delivering exceptional results.

 

 

For 2025, we were named the 29th Top Meeting Destination in North America by CVENT for our exceptional ability to attract group business through thoughtful event planner collaboration, distinctive experiential offerings, and unique hotels and venues. Arlington’s strategic online presence ensures it remains at the forefront for meetings and events, appealing directly to the unique expectations of attendees and event planners alike. Rankings are determined based on robust sourcing and request-for-proposal (RFP) activity through the Cvent Supplier Network, one of the world’s largest venue-sourcing platforms.

We were awarded the 2025 Most Exciting Meeting Destination Change Award (SWSC) by Southwest Showcase for our exceptional Convention Campus that includes several innovative, new projects: a larger home for the Arlington Museum of Art, the opening of the new National Medal of Honor Museum, and the new Arlington Convention Center combined with the Loews Hotels & Co Arlington. 

Client Services Manager, Molly Self, was recognized by BizBash 40 under 40 for her hard work and innovation that greatly contribute to making Arlington’s incredible meetings and events happen.

Smart Meetings recognized us as a Platinum Choice Award Winner for being a top event destination.

In 2024, we were awarded Best South CVB and DMO by Meetings Today.

Director of Client Services, Paola Bowman, was awarded the 2024 EIC Pacesetter Award by the Events Industry Council for her leadership and innovative actions.

Our team was recognized as MPI DFW's 2024 Strategic Partner of the Year.

In 2024, we ranked as #34 in CVENT's Top 50 Meeting Destinations in North America for our premier meetings and events. 

We were awarded the Silver Adrian in Public Relations/Communications for a Special Event by The Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) for an outstanding leisure FAM trip around Taylor Swift's Era's Tour at AT&T Stadium.
