Why Tourism Matters

There's a symbiotic relationship between the visitors that visit our city and us, the local community that call it home. The same things that make Arlington a great place to live also make it a great place to visit.

Tourism, as an industry, is very much a part of the cloth that make Arlington what is. While visitors may come and go, their tax dollars spent while visiting stays here - and ripples through the community - touching local businesses, city services, and ultimately improve the quality of life for all Arlington residents.
