Get Ready for Banana Ball

If this is your first Savannah Bananas game, forget everything you know about traditional baseball. Banana Ball takes the traditional game and turns up the entertainment. Expect choreographed dances, dramatic player entrances, music, outrageous celebrations, crowd participation and rules that can make you do a double take.

There are no walks. Bunting isn't allowed. Fans can even catch foul balls for outs. And every game has a two-hour time limit.

Your Savannah Bananas Game-Day Schedule

The Savannah Bananas will play three games against the Texas Tailgaters at Globe Life Field:

Friday, Sept. 25 at 7 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 26 at 7 p.m.
Sunday, Sept. 27 at 3 p.m.

Make a Day of It in Arlington's Entertainment District

Globe Life Field is right in the heart of Arlington's Entertainment District, putting you close to restaurants, attractions and plenty of places to keep the fun going before or after the game. Head to Texas Live!, where restaurants, bars, live entertainment and sports-filled energy make it an easy pre-game stop. It's also conveniently located within the Entertainment District, so you can enjoy a meal without venturing far from Globe Life Field.

Pro tip: Give yourself plenty of time if you're planning to eat before the game. A leisurely meal is much better than rushing through dinner because you don't want to miss the opening festivities.
